Hair, skin, and nails (HSN) products have been around for decades, but all along these products have been formulated with zero purpose. The idea behind every other HSN product is they jam it full of random amounts of vitamins and minerals because your hair, skin, and nails are made up of these vitamins and minerals.
Problem is, these will only improve your hair, skin, or nails if you are deficient in one of the vitamins or minerals. Most of the population is not. Plus, if you are already taking a multivitamin then you absolutely don’t need anything in typical HSN products.
The only typical vitamin that has shown to be beneficial for larger populations is biotin, which we use at a dose in Renuvia that can be beneficial by itself, but also can still be combined with TruMulti.
