
Indiana Beef Jerky dried meat is a product certified throughout Europe made primarily from European ingredients and with a classic European salty flavour. 100 g of dried meat corresponds to 240 g of raw meat (300 g of tuna raw meat) and contains all of its beneficial nutritional values. The products are gluten-free, contain no glutamates, are low in carbohydrates and are seasoned with Dead Sea salt. Recommended storage temperatures range from +5 to +30 °C. Minimum shelf life is 12 months. The product is manufactured in the plant of the joint-stock company, which meets the most stringent hygienic standards. Jerky is produced by machines owned by the limited liability company Indiana s.r.o. Manufacturer certification: IFS, HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999, EFSIS, BRC. The company Indiana s.r.o. was established on 22 August 2002.The company currently sells Indiana Beef Jerky in more than twenty European countries.
